Candlelight Cabinetry, a company that was established by John Yakich and Robert Sanderson in 1990, has grown significantly over the years. John, a cabinet installer, and Robert, a kitchen store owner, combined their skills and years of experience to create a semi-custom to-custom cabinetry company. The venture, which started in Lockport, New York, with a team of 24 people, has now expanded to over 200 employees, a testament to their hard work and dedication.

In 2023, Samantha and Andrew Olsen acquired Candlelight Cabinetry. They were looking for the right opportunity to purchase and support an established business in the Western New York (WNY) area. The Olsens are WNY natives and fell in love with Candlelight’s product, mission, and, most importantly, the employees. They are thrilled to carry the Candlelight brand into the future.

Today, Candlelight is sold from Illinois to Maine and down through Florida. The Candlelight team comprises passionate designers, craftspeople, and skilled artisans who work together to create beautiful, functional, and lasting spaces for today’s discerning homeowners.
