The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement operations across raw materials, hardware, components, finishes, packaging, and manufacturing supplies. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining inventory availability, managing supplier performance, controlling costs, and supporting production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Perform assigned production tasks in accordance with company quality and safety standards
Assemble cabinetry components and finished products
Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and effectively (training provided as needed)
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality expectations are met
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Move materials and finished products throughout the production process
Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Assist in other production areas as needed to support manufacturing operations
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting manufacturing equipment and facility systems throughout the operation. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the safe operation of production equipment.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and experienced in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and production support needs in a timely manner
- Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of manufacturing equipment
