Each year, design experts and color authorities unveil their Colors of the Year, setting the tone for design trends across homes and industries. For 2025, Benjamin Moore’s Cinnamon Slate, Pantone’s Mocha Mousse, and Sherwin Williams’ Quietude take the cake.
At Candlelight, we are consistently inspired by emerging trends. This year, we drew inspiration from these stunning colors to create four vanity displays. Among these, we are excited to present Candlelight’s first-ever Color of the Year: our new black stain, Bolton. These four vanity renderings showcase how these trending colors can transform a space.
Bringing These Colors to Life with Candlelight
We took a single vanity design and created a rendering for each of the colors mentioned above. The results, shown below, compellingly illustrate how different colors can completely change the ambiance of the same space.

Our interpretation of the Cinnamon Slate vanity infuses the space with vibrancy and personality. 2. The Mocha Mousse Vanity
The Mocha Mousse vanity evokes a moody, inviting ambiance with its deep, earthy brown tones. This design adds depth and sophistication to the space when combined with black countertops and black half-wall paneling. The dark, rich hues create a striking contrast, evoking a sense of calm—perfect for a modern and grounded bathroom.
3. The Quietude Vanity
Lastly, the vanity in Quietude brings a refreshing, light-filled vibe to the space with its serene blue-green hue. Paired with a fun wallpaper, this design adds a touch of personality, making it perfect for a bathroom that feels both rejuvenating and lively.
4. Candlelight’s Bolton Vanity
Bolton is Candlelight’s first-ever Color of the Year, featuring a deep black stain that accentuates the natural grain of our wood species. When applied to a vanity, it contrasts beautifully with bright floors and walls, offering a bold yet timeless look.
