At Candlelight, we’re always excited to grow our team with individuals who bring passion, creativity, and expertise to everything they do. This month, we’re thrilled to welcome three new faces to our family: Alyssa Muhlbauer in Order Entry, and Eli Mejia and Margo Cline in Customer Service.
Meet Alyssa Muhlbauer – Order Entry Coordinator
Alyssa joins us as our new Order Entry Coordinator on the Order Entry team.
Alyssa studied and worked in the engineering field during college, serving as a Test Technician and working in Production Assembly. Beyond that, she’s gained experience in customer service, the food industry, cleaning, and independent work, giving her a broad skill set that she’s excited to bring into her role at Candlelight.
What Draws Her to Candlelight
Alyssa is fascinated by the detail required to process orders accurately and the craftsmanship behind the creation of our cabinetry. On her first plant tour, she was especially struck by the quality assurance process, which ensures every piece that leaves our factory is built to the highest standard.
Meet Eli Mejia – Customer Relations Manager
We’re also excited to welcome Eli Mejia as our new Customer Relations Manager on the Customer Service Team!
Eli brings over six years of experience in manufacturing and customer service, having previously worked at Brady Corporation and Columbus McKinnon. With a strong background in building relationships and supporting customers, he’s passionate about enhancing the overall customer experience.

Eli takes pride in building meaningful connections with our dealers and designers. What excites him most about his new role is collaborating with his team to provide thoughtful solutions, simplify challenges, and ensure customers feel supported every step of the way.
Meet Margo Cline – Customer Relations Specialist
We’re equally thrilled to welcome Margo Cline as a Customer Relations Specialist on our Customer Service Team. Margo brings over 25 years of customer service experience, with additional expertise in accounting and HR. For the past 13 years, she worked in the aviation industry at a local Repair Station, and before that, in the telecommunications field. Her extensive background has equipped her with the skills to provide thoughtful, detail-oriented support to both customers and colleagues.
What She’s Excited About
Margo is eager to build new relationships, learn the ins and outs of the cabinetry industry, and use her expertise to contribute not only to the Customer Service team but across departments.
